The organisation is an international law firm with offices in Manchester. They are looking for a SHE Reg NQ/Associate to join their busy and expanding team. You will have exposure to the full range of regulatory investigations and prosecutions including Health & Safety, Food safety, Fire safety, Motor Prosecutions and Environmental crime.
As a SHE Reg NQ/Associate your duties will include:
- Provide advice and guidance on SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) regulations.
- Draft and review documents and contracts related to regulatory compliance.
- Support clients in navigating complex legal frameworks within the professional services industry.
- Conduct legal research to ensure up-to-date understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.
- Assist in the preparation and representation of clients in legal proceedings.
- Maintain accurate and organised case files and documentation.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing within the department.
