Senior Employment Associate with hybrid working in Manchester

Job Description Are you an experienced Employment Senior/Managing Associate looking to work in an award winning international law firm. Based in Manchester or Birmingham, this role involves providing expert legal advice and support to clients, ensuring their employment law needs are met effectively. In the UK the team has over 60 employment lawyers across offices throughout the UK. The successful candidate will work as an Employment Senior/Managing Associate with the wider team across the UK and be based in either our Birmingham or Manchester offices, depending on the candidate's preference for them. They have one of the best resourced teams of employment specialists of any law firm in the country, offering both national coverage from our UK offices and an international offering through their employment specialists in Europe, the Gulf, Asia Pacific and Australia. As an Employment Senior/Managing Associate your duties will include: Provide comprehensive legal advice on employment law matters to clients across various sectors. Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other related documents. Support clients with complex employment disputes, including tribunals and litigation. Deliver training sessions and workshops on employment law topics. Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and provide insights to clients and colleagues. Mentor and support junior team members within the legal department. A successful Employment Senior/Managing Associate should have at least 4 PQE, please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
