This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known Manchester law firm. The ideal candidate will bring their expertise in dealing with residential conveyancing for HNW individuals as well as dealing with plot sales for commercial developers.
Our client is a highly regarded boutique law firm with a great client base and culture. You will be joining a friendly and down-to-earth Manchester team and there are great opportunities for progression.
Your duties will include:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters for HNW clients as well as dealing with plot sales transactions and options for commercial clients.
- Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property sales.
- Liaise with clients, developers, and external solicitors to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Provide expert legal advice on residential property matters.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and keep clients updated on transaction progress.
- Contribute to the development of the team and the firm's property practice.
- Support senior team members with complex property transactions as required.
