Description
As an Employment Solicitor/Associate you will
- Work on employment matters end-to-end across contentious and noncontentious streams, including tribunals, settlement agreement advice, restructures and TUPE.
- Be a day-to-day strategic adviser to HR leaders and boards, delivering practical, solutions led advice through our large and growing retainer practice.
- Mentor juniors/trainees and contribute to know-how, training and client updates - within a team that invests in learning.
- Engage in business development with tangible support from our marketing team (thought leadership, rankings and events).
Profile
A successful Employment Solicitor/Associate should have between 5-7 PQE as well as
- A solid track record of managing your own employment caseload and drafting. Whilst not essential, previous experience of advocacy work would be welcome.
- Confidence in supervising less experienced colleagues and in delegating effectively within a busy team environment.
- A clear, commercial communication style and appetite for client development aligned to our business strategy.
Job Offer
- Salary between Β£64,000 and Β£68,000, dependent on the level of experience.
