We are seeking a motivated Employment NQ/Associate to join a well-known international law firm in Manchester. The role requires a strong understanding of employment law and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.

Our client is an award-winning full-service international law firm. As a large organisation, they are known for their expertise and commitment to providing high-quality services to their clients. They are looking for an Employment NQ/Associate with an interest/experience in investigations work to join the team. The successful candidate will also have exposure to all other areas of employment work across a range of sectors including insurance, education, financial services, transport, and energy.

As an Employment NQ/Associate your duties will include:

  • Provide legal advice and support on employment law matters to clients.
  • Working alongside more senior lawyers on complex investigations work.
  • Manage a varied caseload of employment cases, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, policies, and agreements.
