We are seeking a skilled Data Breach Solicitor to join our client, a highly regarded Claimant law firm with offices in Manchester and Liverpool. The role requires a detail-oriented individual to handle data breach cases.
Our client has a reputation for taking on household name clients. They are looking for a Data Breach Solicitor to join their talented team, dealing with large group actions against household name clients.
As a Data Breach Solicitor your duties will include:
- Handle a variety of data breach cases, ensuring clients receive expert legal guidance.
- Draft and review documentation relevant to data breach claims.
- Provide strategic advice to clients regarding data protection laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to gather evidence and build strong cases.
- Represent clients in negotiations or legal proceedings related to data breaches.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in data protection legislation and case law.
- Work closely with other legal professionals within the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of case progress and outcomes.
A successful Data Breach Solicitor should have at least 3 years PQE ideally with experience of dealing with data breach matters, although our client is happy to consider candidates from a commercial litigation background looking to specialise in this area of law. Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £60,000 per annum.
