As a Solicitor Advocate/Barrister your duties will include: Provide expert advice and representation to clients across a range of Financial Mis-selling matters. Prepare and present cases in court as a Solicitor Advocate or Barrister. Draft legal documents and review contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy. Conduct legal research to support case preparation and decision-making. A successful Solicitor Advocate/Barrister should have: Qualified status as a Solicitor Advocate or Barrister in the UK. Proven expertise in advocacy Knowledge of legal software and tools to support case management. Competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
