We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Management Accountant for a key role within our Accounting & Finance Department. The successful candidate will possess a sharp business mind and proven success managing multiple departments toward maximum productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage overall accounting operations.
- Prepare and support forecasting and annual budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with business unit strategies and area needs.
- Assist the Finance Business Partner in maintaining budget consistency.
- Develop and oversee controls, procedures, and documentation for recording fixed assets.
- Lead the preparation of financial statements, reports, and specialized analyses.
- Work closely with external auditors to ensure compliance and successful audit outcomes.
- Conduct strategic data analysis, research, and modeling to support senior leadership decision-making.
- Manage monthly balance sheet reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Maintain proper documentation for non-system journal entries.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for accounting and financial reporting.
Profile:
- Professional certification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
- Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and other business management software.
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
