Job Description An exciting opportunity for an experienced tax lawyer to move into a strategic Knowledge Development Lawyer position within a growing Corporate Tax & Incentives practice. Working closely with partners, lawyers, and key stakeholders, you will lead knowledge initiatives, training, innovation, and thought leadership activities that support the continued growth and success of the team. Our client is a leading international law firm with a strong reputation for advising private capital businesses, investors, entrepreneurs, family offices, and corporates on complex legal and commercial matters. Its highly regarded Knowledge function works closely with lawyers and business services teams to support legal excellence, improve efficiency, manage risk, and enhance client service delivery. Developing, delivering, and evolving the knowledge plan for the Corporate Tax & Incentives team Facilitating technical know-how and legal update meetings Monitoring legal and market developments across corporate tax, private capital, investment funds, and asset management structures, and translating these into practical guidance Designing and delivering legal training programmes for lawyers at all levels Supporting fee earners with technical queries, legal research, and knowledge resources Managing the legal training budget for the group Supporting the creation of client-facing articles, insights, thought leadership, and business development content Contributing to business transformation, innovation, and operational improvement projects Supporting the adoption and effective use of AI, legal technology, and knowledge management tools Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE gained in private practice Strong experience advising on corporate tax matters within an advisory and transaction support environment Demonstrable interest in knowledge management, legal training, innovation, or professional support work Experience developing precedents, training programmes, and legal know-how resources Excellent legal research skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and online legal research platforms Exposure to private capital tax, investment funds, or asset management structures would be advantageous but is not essential Commercial awareness and an understanding of professional services environments Opportunity to join a highly respected international law firm with a strong growth trajectory Strategic position within an expanding Corporate Tax & Incentives practice Exposure to complex private capital, funds, and international tax matters Chance to influence knowledge strategy, legal innovation, and AI adoption Broad stakeholder engagement across legal and business services teams Hybrid working model with a mix of office and remote working Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Long-term career progression within a highly regarded knowledge function
