An exciting opportunity for a 3-6 PQE Associate to join a market-leading Project Finance team within a global Projects, Energy and Infrastructure practice. This role offers exposure to complex, high-profile transactions across sectors including energy transition, renewables, transport, and social infrastructure.
As an Associate in the Project Finance team, you will work on cutting‑edge projects and acquisition work in both primary and secondary markets. You will collaborate across teams and jurisdictions, providing strategic guidance to clients and managing matters in a fast‑paced, intellectually rigorous environment.
- Drafting, reviewing, and amending documentation
- Providing strategic guidance to clients based on market awareness
- Managing client expectations, deadlines, and project delivery
- Leading and supervising junior team members
