This senior Knowledge Lawyer position sits at the heart of the Private Wealth & Tax team and plays a key role in supporting the firm's offering to individuals, trustees and family offices both in the UK and internationally.
Key responsibilities include
- Developing and implementing the practice group's knowledge strategy.
- Creating, maintaining and enhancing precedents, know-how resources and client-facing guidance.
- Monitoring legal, regulatory and market developments and providing horizon-scanning updates.
- Designing and delivering internal and external training programmes.
- Supporting lawyers with technical legal and practice-related queries.
- Producing articles, client alerts and other thought leadership content.
- Working closely with business development teams to identify and support growth opportunities.
- Driving innovation through the use of legal technology and knowledge management tools.
- Supporting risk management and best practice initiatives across the department.
- Managing and developing knowledge resources and internal knowledge platforms.

You will be a qualified lawyer with approximately 8+ years' PQE and significant expertise in private client and tax law.
The successful candidate will demonstrate
- Deep technical knowledge of private wealth and tax matters.
- Previous Knowledge Lawyer/PSL experience, or a strong track record of knowledge contribution within a fee-earning role.
- Exceptional drafting and communication skills.
- A genuine interest in legal innovation and knowledge management.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management abilities.
- Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development.
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively.
