This is an exciting opportunity for future trainees with 12+ months availability to gain high-quality experience as a paralegal across top-tier US and Magic Circle law firms. You will support market-leading teams across corporate, funds and disputes, developing core legal skills ahead of your training contract.

Our clients include a range of prestigious US and Magic Circle law firms with outstanding reputations for excellence, complex deal work and high-profile disputes. These firms are known for their collaborative environments, high performance standards and commitment to developing early legal talent.

We are recruiting for multiple paralegal opportunities across corporate, funds and disputes teams. Responsibilities will include:

  • Document review
  • Legal research
  • Drafting and proofreading legal documentation
  • Assisting with transactions or case management
  • Providing general support to fee earners

These roles offer exposure to complex, high-value matters and the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers in fast-paced environments.

The successful candidate will be a future trainee with a secured training contract and a minimum of 12 months availability. Prior paralegal or legal work experience is advantageous but not essential.
