A leading US law firm is looking to recruit a 2-4 PQE Associate to join its London disputes practice. The team is widely recognised for handling high-value, complex cross-border litigation and arbitration matters, acting for a broad range of corporates, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals.

The firm acts for a diverse client base, including corporates, financial institutions, and individuals, across a broad range of sectors.

Description

  • The successful candidate will work across a mix of commercial litigation and international arbitration, supporting partners on complex, often multi-jurisdictional matters.
  • Assisting on, and where appropriate taking ownership of, discrete workstreams on large-scale disputes.
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements and submissions.
  • Supporting case strategy and legal analysis.
  • Liaising with clients, counsel and international co-counsel.
  • Managing disclosure exercises and coordinating document review.
  • Attending hearings and arbitrations.

Profile

  • England & Wales qualified with 2-4 years' PQE.
  • Experience gained at a strong UK or international disputes practice.
  • Exposure to both litigation and arbitration.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a lean, high-performing team.
