Description Support lawyers on financing transactions by coordinating KYC requirements.

Liaise with lenders, clients, and external advisers regarding compliance documentation.

Manage and maintain client information databases and KYC resources.

Assist with Companies House searches, registrations, and transaction formalities.

Draft transaction-related documents, including board resolutions and certificates.

Track and monitor leveraged finance market activity and trends.

Report completed transactions for business development and knowledge purposes.

Assist with the development and maintenance of finance know‑how materials.

Support knowledge management initiatives across the finance team.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate documentation across multiple matters simultaneously.

Assist with training and knowledge‑sharing activities where appropriate.

Take ownership of key processes and become a subject matter expert.

Support additional transactional and administrative projects as required.

Profile At least six months' experience in a legal, compliance, or KYC-focused role.

Experience gained within a law firm, financial institution, or professional services environment.

Strong organisational and project management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
