A well-established and highly regarded Legal 500-ranked law firm based in Central London is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 3-4+ years' PQE to further develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment, advising a diverse client base including businesses, investors, developers, lenders, and private clients.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of commercial property work, with opportunities to advise clients across the commercial, residential, and healthcare sectors.

The Role
You will manage your own caseload while working closely with Partners and senior colleagues on a variety of commercial property matters. The role offers high-quality work and strong career progression prospects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
- Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, licences, and associated agreements.
- Advising on the property aspects of business sales and acquisitions.
- Development and investment transactions.
- Secured lending and refinancing matters.
- Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Exposure to healthcare property matters, including work for GP practices, dental surgeries, pharmacies, medical centres, and other healthcare providers.
Profile
To be considered, you will have:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
- A minimum of 3-4 years' PQE within commercial property.
- Experience managing a broad range of commercial property transactions with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters.
- Some exposure to residential conveyancing transactions.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
- Outstanding client relationship and client care skills.
- A proactive, collaborative, and team-focused approach.
Job Offer
