Description
- Assisting fee earners with commercial real estate transactions.
- Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence.
- Carrying out property searches and reviewing title documentation.
- Managing completions, registrations and post-completion matters.
- Preparing reports and transaction documents.
- Liaising with clients, agents, solicitors and other third parties.
- Managing files and ensuring client records are maintained accurately.
- Supporting the wider team with administrative and transactional tasks as required.
- Contributing to the efficient progression of matters and transactions from instruction through to completion.
Profile
- Previous paralegal experience within a property or real estate team.
- Commercial Real Estate experience, ideally gained within a City or well-regarded law firm.
- Strong technical understanding of real estate transactions and property procedures.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Full UK working rights.
