Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a globally recognised law firm on a fully remote basis. The successful candidate will support a high-volume commercial contracts function, with a particular focus on SaaS agreements and outsourced contract work. Our client is a market-leading global law firm with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality legal services to an international client base. Due to increased workflow within their commercial contracts team, they are seeking an experienced lawyer to provide specialist support on a fully remote contract basis. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. Advising stakeholders on contractual risks and obligations. Providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice. Working independently within a fully remote environment. Strong experience in commercial contracts law.
