An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a globally recognised law firm on a fully remote basis.
The successful candidate will support a high-volume commercial contracts function, with a particular focus on SaaS agreements and outsourced contract work.

Due to increased workflow within their commercial contracts team, they are seeking an experienced lawyer to provide specialist support on a fully remote contract basis.
Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Advising stakeholders on contractual risks and obligations.
- Supporting an outsourced contracts function with overflow work.
- Managing SaaS and other technology-related agreements.
- Providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.
- Working independently within a fully remote environment.
Profile
The Successful Applicant:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE.
- Strong experience in commercial contracts law.
- Previous training within private practice.
- Demonstrable experience handling SaaS agreements.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Job Offer
- £70 per hour (£60 base rate plus £10 holiday pay).
