Description
- Acting as a go‑to technical resource, supporting lawyers with queries across a range of Banking matters
- Working across areas including corporate and leveraged finance, real estate finance, infrastructure, project and asset finance, and restructuring scenarios
- Developing and maintaining precedents, guidance notes and other know‑how materials
- Supporting the design and delivery of internal training programmes
- Monitoring legal and market developments and translating these into practical insights
- Collaborating with partners and the wider team to enhance knowledge tools, processes and efficiency
Profile
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with Banking & Finance experience
- Strong technical grounding across a broad range of finance work
- Experience (or interest) in knowledge/PSL work, including drafting and training
- Confident communicator, able to engage with partners and senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Collaborative, proactive and interested in innovation and improving ways of working
