- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Land acquisitions for commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-use developments
- Landlord and tenant matters, including lease grants, renewals and terminations
- Property development transactions
- Joint venture arrangements
- Conditional sale and purchase agreements
- Options and promotion agreements
- Auction transactions and portfolio management work
Profile
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE in Commercial Property/Real Estate
- Experience handling a broad range of commercial property transactions
- Strong technical knowledge of acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development work
- Commercially aware with the ability to provide practical, client-focused advice
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident managing client matters and taking ownership of transactions
- Proactive, organised and capable of managing competing priorities
- Strong academic background, ideally with a 2:1 degree or equivalent
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £65,000 to £75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
