Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating the internal database in line with incoming correspondence and legal documentation
- Providing a high standard of customer service via phone and written communication to leaseholders and their representatives
- Reviewing HM Land Registry notices and updating systems within tight deadlines
- Analysing leases, deeds, and title documents, identifying key provisions and ownership structures
- Supporting Building Safety Act projects, including issuing landlord certificates
- Interpreting lease information and accurately inputting data into internal systems
- Identifying and resolving data discrepancies across multiple sources
- Extracting and reviewing information from legal and property documentation
- Reviewing invoices related to head rents and associated title documents
- Contributing to process improvements and supporting key departmental projects
Profile
The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with legal or property-related documentation. You will demonstrate:
