Description
- Support the development and execution of business readiness and acceptance plans.
- Conduct readiness assessments and identify potential risks to successful adoption.
- Work with stakeholders to define and document business acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings and engagement activities with business teams.
- Track and report on readiness activities, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Support transition planning and business implementation activities.
- Ensure operational teams are prepared to adopt new processes, systems and ways of working.
- Collaborate with programme, project and change teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Produce clear documentation, reporting and status updates for governance forums.
Profile
The successful candidate will possess:
- Experience supporting business acceptance, business readiness, change or transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience operating within complex, regulated or large-scale organisations.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working within programme or project delivery environments.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to delivering change.
- Proficiency in producing high-quality documentation and reporting.
