- Identify potential conflicts and maintain compliance records.
- Support the firm’s wider risk management framework and governance processes.
- Work with stakeholders, manage detailed administrative tasks, and problem-solve in a professional environment.
- Profile / Qualifications
- Experience in administrative roles, ideally within legal services.
- Strong understanding of compliance and risk management processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in using office software and databases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous administrative experience, ideally in legal, compliance, financial services, or professional services.
- Experience in a risk or compliance function is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels; strong interpersonal skills.
- Methodical approach to managing information and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident in investigating queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
