We are seeking a skilled Data Protection Administrator / Assistant to join a leading housing association in Liverpool. This not-for-profit temporary role requires a detail-oriented individual to support the Legal department.
The Data Protection Administrator / Assistant will be part of the legal team and responsible for all DSARs responses in addition to:
- Providing administrative support to the Legal department.
- Managing and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Assisting in preparing legal documents and correspondence.
- Ensuring compliance with organisational and legal standards.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care.
- Supporting team members with ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Contributing to the smooth operation of the Legal department.
A successful Data Protection Administrator / Assistant should have:
- Relevant experience in an administrative legal support role.
- Experience of managing DSARs and an understanding of UK GDPR.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Must have right to work in the UK.
- Must be immediately available / able to start at short notice.
