The firm is seeking a technically strong Commercial Litigation Associate with approximately 3-5 years' post‑qualification experience.
The Commercial Litigation team advises clients on a wide spectrum of contentious matters, acting for businesses and individuals operating in sectors including media, technology, telecoms, private capital, property, financial services, entertainment, and retail.
The role involves close collaboration with partners and senior lawyers and will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including breach of contract claims, company and shareholder disputes, and fraud‑related matters
- Conducting legal research and providing clear, strategic advice
- Drafting inter‑partes correspondence, pleadings, evidence, and interim applications
- Liaising with counsel, experts, and other third parties
- Supporting senior team members on large‑scale litigation and arbitration matters
