Responsibilities

  • Support the strategic growth of the property managed legal services offering
  • Design and deliver legal service solutions for clients
  • Manage and develop a high performing team of real estate lawyers
  • Oversee end to end delivery of complex client engagements
  • Act as a senior advisor to clients with large property portfolios
  • Drive efficiency through legal operations, process improvement and technology
  • Work with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions
  • Identify growth opportunities and enhance client relationships
  • Contribute to innovation and wider business initiatives

Profile

  • A solicitor with circa 10+ years PQE in real estate law
  • Experienced in handling complex commercial property matters
  • Proven in managing and developing high performing legal teams
  • Commercially astute with strong client relationship skills
  • Experienced in managed legal services, legal operations or similar models
  • Skilled in delivering work within structured frameworks and deadlines
  • Interested in innovation, legal technology and process improvement
  • A clear communicator with strong stakeholder management ability

Job Offer
