Description
- Managing a broad range of residential development and strategic land transactions
- Advising national and regional house builders, developers and landowners
- Negotiating acquisition, disposal and development agreements
- Working closely with planning, construction, environmental and tax specialists on complex projects
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working on business development initiatives and helping grow the practice
- Delivering commercially focused legal advice on high value transactions
- Working with colleagues across a nationally recognised real estate team
Profile
- A solicitor or equivalent with between 2 and 10 years' PQE
- Experienced in residential development or commercial property work
- Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills
- Able to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Interested in developing a long term career with a large national law firm
- A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively within a high performing team
