Description
The Property Litigation Legal Director will deal with a range of work including:
- Managing a diverse caseload of property litigation matters.
- Dealing with a range of work including landlord and tenant disputes, estate management, dilapidations and professional negligence claims.
- Advising on both residential and commercial property disputes.
- Working closely with clients across the UK.
- Getting involved in mediations and arbitrations.
- Mentoring junior team members.
- Taking a key role in business development.
Profile
The successful Property Litigation Legal Director should have / be:
- A Solicitor likely to be upwards of 7 years PQE.
- A track record dealing with property disputes work.
- An interest to work for a large regional law firm.
- Ties to Leeds.
- Already be working for a reputable firm who deals with property disputes work.
Job Offer
Salary ranging from £100,000 to £115,000 per annum. Generous pension contribution of 5%. Comprehensive health care benefits. Performance-based bonus structure. 26 days of holiday leave.
