The Employment Legal Director will be: ~ Advising company owners, senior management, HR professionals and in house legal teams ~ Advising public and private sector organisations, senior employees and executives ~ Advising on Employment Tribunal claims, including whistle-blowing and discrimination matters ~ Building and maintaining strong, long term client relationships ~* The Employment Legal Director should be: A solicitor with 7+ years PQE plus in employment law Experienced in Employment Tribunal matters, including discrimination and whistle-blowing claims Commercially minded with excellent technical and client management skills Motivated to develop their career within a international law firm 26 days holiday leave. ~5% pension contribution. ~ Bonus structure. ~ Hybrid working arrangements. ~ Life assurance. ~ Private medical insurance.
