This role offers a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including tribunal work, advising a diverse client base across the education, charity and private sectors.

Description
- Advising on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Managing employment tribunal claims from inception to resolution
- Providing day to day HR and employment law advice to clients
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and settlement agreements
- Working with clients through restructures, disciplinaries and grievances
- Building strong relationships with existing clients and contributing to business development
- Working within a specialist employment team
Profile
- A solicitor or equivalent with 2-6 years PQE in employment law
- Experienced in handling both contentious and advisory employment matters ideally with some experience advising charities
- A track record managing employment tribunal cases
- Strong in client communication and relationship management
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
