The client is a global law firm with a highly rated Employment team in Leeds. The team deals with high value contentious and non-contentious Employment work advising large corporate clients across the UK. The firm offers excellent training and flexibility.
The Employment Legal Director will deal with a range of work including:
- Providing expert advice on employment law matters to clients.
- Managing and dealing with complex employment cases and projects.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment-related contracts and agreements.
- Working closely with large corporate clients across sectors such as logistics, retail, and energy.
- Working closely with the Partners in the team on complex projects.
- Managing junior team members.
- Taking a key role in client relationship management.
The successful Employment Legal Director should have:
- A track record in Employment gained from a national or international law firm.
- A history of advising large corporate clients.
- Ties to Leeds.
- An interest in working for a global law firm.
- Likely to be around 8 years PQE plus.
- Strong leadership abilities to mentor and guide a team.
