Job Description A fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor in Leeds to join a highly regarded Tier 1 corporate practice within a major international law firm. You will work alongside high profile Partners on M&A, private equity and cross border transactions, gaining exposure to sophisticated and career defining work. Our client is a large international law firm with a strong reputation for high calibre legal work, innovation and client service. The Corporate Solicitor will be: ~ Working on private equity transactions from inception to completion ~ Building strong client relationships and developing commercial awareness ~* The Corporate Solicitor should be: ~ Ideally experienced in M&A and private equity matters ~ Interested in developing their career within a large international law firm Bonus of up to 30%. ~25 days holiday leave. ~5% pension contribution. ~ Private medical insurance.
