This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Solicitor to join a large specialist construction legal practice who have offices across the UK. The firm is keen to speak to junior lawyers.

The client is ranked as a Tier 1 firm for Construction law and have a growing network of offices across the UK. With a large team in Leeds they offer the successful candidate the chance to get involved in high quality work with great training and development.

The Construction Solicitor will deal with a range of work including:

  • Getting involved in either contentious or non-contentious construction law
  • Drafting and reviewing construction contracts and related documentation
  • Managing and resolving construction disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation
  • Working with clients including contractors, developers and employers
  • Advising clients with risk management in construction projects
  • Assisting in business development initiatives

The successful Construction Solicitor should have / be:

  • A Solicitor between 0-3 years PQE
  • Proven knowledge and expertise in construction law
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Ties to Leeds
  • Strong academics

Competitive salary between Β£60,000 and Β£70,000 per annum.

5% pension contribution.
