This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Solicitor to join a large specialist construction legal practice who have offices across the UK. The firm is keen to speak to junior lawyers.
The client is ranked as a Tier 1 firm for Construction law and have a growing network of offices across the UK. With a large team in Leeds they offer the successful candidate the chance to get involved in high quality work with great training and development.
The Construction Solicitor will deal with a range of work including:
- Getting involved in either contentious or non-contentious construction law
- Drafting and reviewing construction contracts and related documentation
- Managing and resolving construction disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation
- Working with clients including contractors, developers and employers
- Advising clients with risk management in construction projects
- Assisting in business development initiatives
The successful Construction Solicitor should have / be:
- A Solicitor between 0-3 years PQE
- Proven knowledge and expertise in construction law
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ties to Leeds
- Strong academics
Competitive salary between Β£60,000 and Β£70,000 per annum.
5% pension contribution.
