Job Description This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Solicitor to join a highly regarded specialist construction and engineering practice in Leeds . You will work on high value and complex construction disputes, acting for developers, contractors and subcontractors while working closely with experienced senior lawyers. Our client is an award winning specialist construction and engineering law firm with a national reputation for providing high quality legal advice to clients across the construction sector. The firm has been repeatedly recognised by legal directories, with strong rankings in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, The Construction Solicitor will be: Advising developers, contractors and subcontractors on construction disputes Working on high value and complex construction claims Managing and assisting with construction adjudications Assisting with litigation and other forms of construction dispute resolution Reviewing and analysing construction contracts and associated documentation Developing an understanding of clients' commercial objectives and providing practical advice Building strong relationships with clients and supporting their wider legal requirements Developing specialist knowledge across construction and engineering law The Construction Solicitor should be: Experienced in construction law or genuinely committed to developing a career in construction Ideally experienced in contentious construction work and dispute resolution Interested in developing expertise in construction adjudication Ambitious and keen to develop within a highly specialist legal practice 25 days of annual leave. ~ Bonus scheme. ~5% pension contribution. ~ Hybrid working arrangements. ~ Private medical insurance.
