Michael Page have registered a new exciting Permanent Complaints Customer Advisor Position in Leeds to work for a reputable and progressive Law Firm. This would be an exceptional opportunity for someone experienced within complaints or customer services.
As a Customer Advisor, you will be the central point of contact and investigating any complaints coming into the business. You will log each case, correspond with the customer throughout, and handle effectively to avoid escalation. You will be corresponding with customers over letter, phone, and email, supporting with tracking data and providing analysis of complaints, looking at ways to improve service and procedures.
