Our client is looking to hire a Commercial Solicitor to join their award winning team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior to mid level lawyer to join a large team who advise clients across the public and private sector.

Description

The Commercial Solicitor will get involved in a range of work including;

• Providing legal advice on a range of commercial matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
• Working on major outsourcing and supply chain contracts.
• Working closely with Partners and senior fee earners on large projects.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with clients in a range of sectors including transport and utilities.

Profile

The successful Commercial Solicitor should have / be;

• A solicitor likely to be around 1-6 years PQE
• Extensive knowledge of commercial law and contract drafting.
• A background from a strong private practice law firm or In-house.
• Proven ability to manage a varied workload effectively.
• Strong academics
• Ties to Leeds
• A client-focused approach

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £68,000 to £85,000.
• Generous pension contribution of 5%.
