This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a reputable and global organisation within the financial services industry. The role involves providing expert legal advice and support on employment law matters while collaborating with key stakeholders.

You will support the business on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, working closely with HR and senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on employment law issues across the employee lifecycle, including policies, grievances, disciplinaries, and settlement agreements.
- Supporting regulatory compliance, including SMCR and conduct requirements.
- Providing guidance on TUPE and employment-related aspects of corporate transactions.
- Managing international employment projects and liaising with external counsel.
- Advising on compensation arrangements, including malus, clawback, and deferred remuneration.
- Delivering training and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- UK-qualified lawyer with strong technical employment law experience.
- NQ - 5 years' PQE, gained in private practice and/or in-house.
- Experience in financial services, technology, or other regulated environments preferred.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-moving business.
