Description

  • Providing legal advice across all departments, including commercial, operations, HR, and compliance.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (e.g., sponsorships, marketing & advertising agreements).
  • Ensuring compliance within the sector regulations.
  • Managing intellectual property rights and brand protection.
  • Supporting dispute resolution and litigation matters.
  • Advising on data protection and privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR).

Profile

  • A recognised legal qualification and the ability to practise law.
  • Experience in Commercial & Consumer law.
  • Ability to travel to Southampton two days a week.

Job Offer

  • Daily rate of approximately £550-£675, depending on experience.
  • Inside IR35.
  • A temporary position for a period of circa 4 months.
  • A professional and collaborative working environment.
  • Part time working considered.
