Interim Legal Counsel

This is a short term position for an Interim Legal Counsel to join a well established business based in Oxfordshire.

This company based in Oxfordshire are a multi-national organisation offering a range of products and services to their customers.

Description

The Interim Legal Counsel position will involve the following tasks:

• Assist with negotiating and drafting new sales contracts
• Review of existing sales contracts and those that are subject for renewal
• Contracts can relate to customers across the UK and EMEA
• Assist with the review of some procurement contracts
• Drafting of NDAs and service agreements
• Act as first point of contract for legal queries from the wider business

Profile

The successful candidate for the Interim Legal Counsel position will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Experience of reviewing and drafting sales contracts
• Be able to adapt to new systems and processes quickly
• Be able to communication effectively with a variety of stakeholders
• Be able to work on site at the office 2 days per week

Job Offer

This is an interim position for an initial period of 2 months to cover during the busy summer period.

Hybrid working is available- 2 days a week in the office.

Free parking is provided on site.

Candidate need to be available to start in June.
