Description The interim DCM Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing legal and/or regulatory advice and transactional support to the bank’s non-syndicated EMTN business from the London office. Provide legal advisory services in the field of Debt Capital Markets (DCM). Prepare and review legal documents related to financial transactions.
