- Company Secretarial: Maintain statutory records, support board processes, and manage directorships across jurisdictions.
- Governance & Restructuring: Support group structuring, entity rationalisation, and light governance frameworks.
- Filings & Compliance: Coordinate statutory filings and ensure timely submissions across all entities.
- Insurance Support: Assist with group insurance renewals and coordination.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Build informal networks across the group to ensure alignment and information flow.
Profile
A successful Interim Corporate Counsel should have:
