Description

As an interim competition solicitor you will be advising on a broad range of completion matters including most complex and high-profile transactions, cartels and non-cartel investigations, and disputes. You will also be advising clients on antitrust, EU regulations, international trade and WTO and state aid and subsidy control.

Profile

The successful interim competition solicitor will be an England & Wales qualified, or common law jurisdiction qualified, solicitor.

Due to the nature of the role you must be able to start on a short notice.
