A highly regarded London law firm is looking to expand its specialist disputes team with the addition of an ambitious Insolvency Litigation Associate or Senior Associate.

You will advise on a wide variety of insolvency-related disputes, including:
- Claims brought by and against office holders
- Transactions at an undervalue and preference claims
- Misfeasance and breach of fiduciary duty claims
- Director disqualification matters
- Fraud and asset recovery work
- Shareholder and partnership disputes with an insolvency angle
- Contentious bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings
- Enforcement and recovery actions
The role offers significant client exposure, responsibility from day one, and the opportunity to work closely with highly experienced partners on technically challenging matters.
