The Employment Solicitor will be responsible for:
- Developing and updating employment policies, procedures, and contracts.
- Managing disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Handling employment tribunal claims, including conducting advocacy.
- Providing training to internal stakeholders to enhance understanding of employment law.
- Monitoring and advising on changes in employment legislation.
The Employment Solicitor should be:
- A qualified solicitor or equivalent with 3+ years PQE.
- Experienced in handling respondent employment matters, ideally from retail clients.
