The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 Β£ per year.

Due to continued growth and an active project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Construction Lawyer to join their in-house legal team on either a fixed-term contract or day rate basis.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted adviser to project teams, commercial managers and senior leadership across a range of construction and infrastructure matters.

Description Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of construction and infrastructure contracts, including: NEC3 and NEC4 contracts JCT contract suites FIDIC agreements Subcontracts Professional appointments Framework agreements Joint venture agreements Bonds, guarantees and collateral warranties Advising project delivery, commercial and procurement teams on contractual obligations and risk allocation Providing legal support throughout the project lifecycle, from tender stage through to completion Advising on contract variations, extensions of time (EOTs), payment ...
