The Commercial Property Locum will be:
- Managing acquisitions and disposals across a varied property estate
- Handling lease renewals and related landlord and tenant matters
- Advising on property litigation issues
- Supporting the wider legal and estates teams on commercial property work
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating property documentation
- Providing pragmatic advice to internal stakeholders
- Helping manage a busy workload from day one
