  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts
  • Advising on technology agreements, including SaaS and IT procurement
  • Supporting procurement processes and supplier arrangements
  • Providing pragmatic legal advice to internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with risk management and compliance matters

The In-house Commercial Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ PQE in commercial contracts
  • Experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Familiar with technology and/or procurement work (desirable)
  • Commercially minded with strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Able to manage workload independently in a fast-paced environment

Salary circa £60k depending on experience plus benefits and career progression from within a top business.
