Description
The Immigration Paralegal will play a key role in supporting the Immigration team and contributing directly to fee-earning work. Responsibilities will include:
- Drafting Home Office application forms and immigration advice letters.
- Preparing and submitting full immigration applications.
- Conducting legal research.
- Monitoring developments in UK immigration law and policy.
The role requires flexibility, strong organisational skills, and the ability to act as a professional ambassador for the firm, both internally and externally. The position is full-time and based in London with a hybrid working arrangement.
Profile
The successful applicant must have prior experience working as an Immigration Paralegal, ideally within a top-tier immigration practice or City law firm. A strong understanding of UK immigration processes, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently are essential. Applicants must have full UK working rights and be either immediately available or on a short notice period (up to one month maximum).
