Description The Corporate Legal Director will be: Working on complex corporate transactions from instruction through to completion.
Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate reorganisations and public takeovers.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with a broad portfolio of clients.
Taking responsibility for managing matters efficiently while delivering exceptional client service.
Mentoring junior members of the corporate team.
Working with partners on business development initiatives and networking activities.
Identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships.
Working closely with colleagues across the wider firm on multidisciplinary matters.
