Working across all areas, ensuring a varied workload and rounded experience (including regulatory aspects of law relating to financial services, including but not limited to insurance, credit hire and consumer credit).
Ensuring that advice and support takes account of the client obtaining the maximum commercial advantage from its business relationships, balanced against the regulatory needs, including Consumer Duty.
Providing day to day legal advice and support in relation to new business and product ventures, applying commercial and operational thinking holistically.
